Honey
The distinctiveness of all our products is due to the their being produced in small batches under the watchful eye of experienced experts. One of the most pronounced examples of how geographical differences and production in small batches impact our products is with honey. Our bees work hard to give each honey their definite character and the keepers know just when to harvest!
